Welcome to the KarigarMADE.Com Reseller Program!
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the agreement between KarigarMADE.Com (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) and you, the reseller (“You”, “Your”). By registering as a reseller on KarigarMADE.Com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Commission Payments:
- Commissions will be released on the 14th and 28th of each month to your registered bank account. UPI payments are not supported.
- Minimum payout threshold is Rs.100. We will not release commissions below this amount.
- Payments are subject to a grace period corresponding to our customer return policy. Commissions will only be released after this period has expired.
2. Order Cancellations and Refunds:
- Order cancellations, full refunds, or partial refunds will result in a deduction of the corresponding commission from your account.
3. Reseller Purchases:
- Orders placed using your own reseller account are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- Bulk purchases made by you are not eligible for returns, refunds, or replacements due to transportation damage.
4. Discount Coupons:
- Commissions will not be granted on orders where customers use special discount coupons.
5. Commission Tracking:
- Commissions are only valid for purchases made within 30 days of a customer clicking your unique affiliate link.
- Subsequent purchases made by the same customer within 30 days of clicking your link will qualify you for a commission.
6. Modifications to Commissions and Tracking:
- We reserve the right to modify commission rates and tracking timeframes at any time without prior notice. Please review these Terms & Conditions regularly for updates.
7. Reseller Account Termination:
- We reserve the right to terminate your reseller account and withhold any unpaid commissions if we suspect misuse of our brand name, reseller account, or fraudulent activity towards us or our customers.
